iDrinkCoffee has a full time service centre. Our technicians are trained and authorized to provide repairs for nearly every brand that we carry.
We provide full warranty service for all the brands that we carry with the following exceptions
Behmor - Behmor covers their own warranties, please contact the manufacturer for information
Breville - We cover warranty for all Breville machines that we sell except for Breville models BES 880, 900, 920, 980 and 990. Please contact Breville directly. There are some computer programming aspects that are not available at authorized service centres.
Jura - Jura covers their own warranty. Jura machines can be brought to iDrinkCoffee.com and they do qualify for our VIM service but the actual warranty work is done offsite at Jura Canada.
As of January 1st 2020 iDrinkCoffee.com will only service brands that we carry. Due to the difficulty in sourcing parts we can no longer provide service for brands that we do not sell.

Our rates are as follows:
We charge a $40 plus tax diagnostic fee which is non refundable if you don’t go ahead with the repair; if you do it goes towards repair charges.
Domestic Machine Service: $80 per hour (charged in increments of half an hour) - done at our facility in Milton
